Reunification Welcome Home Program
Helping families prepare for a new beginning. Preparing for a child's return home can bring both excitement and practical challenges. When reunification has been approved or a family is appropriately referred while preparing for a child's return, Elohim Vision may help provide essential items needed to create a prepared and welcoming home.

Preserving the bonds that matter. Brothers and sisters may be placed in different homes while in foster care. Elohim Vision believes these important relationships deserve support. Through appropriate partnerships with caregivers, foster-care organizations, and other authorized partners, our Sibling Connections Program creates opportunities for siblings to spend meaningful time together.

Because entering foster care should not mean losing the connection to your brother or sister.
